This monocular microscope has built in 0.65NA  condenser with iris diaphragm. There is a quad head with 3 objectives included. It comes with metal focusing gear and locked-on components.

If wanting to add a 4th objecive we would advise the 60x rather than 100x lens, giving a maximum total magnification of 600x
