A range of compound microscopes and stereoscopes from leading manufacturers, suitable all the way through school and into university level teaching. Featuring monocular, binocular and trinocular scopes, suitable for adding cameras to aid whole class teaching of microscopy.
Our Range Includes...
Stereoscopes: Suitable for whole organism viewing, especially useful for pond dipping exercises with younger students. These stereoscopes are easy to use by younger students with up to 40x (total) magnification.
Monocular Microscopes: A range of single eyepiece microscopes suitable from year 7 upwards. Models vary in their level of optics and magnification, with some having mechanical stages and higher level condensers.
Binocular microscopes: Suitable for all age groups these models have the added advantage of binocular eyepieces, overcoming the discomfort of single eye viewing that some students have.
Trinocular microscopes: A triple eyepiece means there is room for a camera as well as direct viewing with these models, especially suited for demonstration microscopy and A level study.
Bioviewer: Slide viewing systems and prepared microslides. A basic alternative to the microscope requiring no power but still giving a good image. Great for younger students.
Cameras, Accessories & Spares: A range of cameras to fit our monocular and trinocular microscopes, as well as visualisers, eyepieces, objectives and replacement parts.
