As we generally supply schools and businesses, please be aware that all prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
We only ship to mainland UK excluding the highlands. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship over water to any island or other country.

Chemical Delivery
Certain chemicals are classified as "Dangerous Goods" under the ADR regulations and must be individually boxed and sent by specialist carriers. There is one fee for up to 25Kg on hazardous chemical shipments. The fee is calculated based on location.

Whilst we have always requested End User Declarations (EUDs) for certain chemicals, changes from October 2023 to the Control of Poisons, Explosives & Drug Precursors Regulations have broadened the scope of chemicals covered. We now have a single combined EUD to cover all legislation and all chemicals. The main changes to the legislation can be found below

Live Specimens Delivery
Live Specimens: To ensure living biological specimens reach you in perfect health, they are automatically placed on a separate order for delivery once the specimen is ready. This does not mean they will be delivered the day after the order is placed.

No live specimens or refrigerated products will be despatched on a Friday as we cannot be sure of the conditions they will be stored in over a weekend whilst with our carriers. There is no surcharge for this service.

The above delivery options are only available to mainland British educational establishments 
(A DfE number is required and is entirely at our discretion)

Please note, that as we are only open Monday - Friday, orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Consequently, orders placed on a Saturday for next day delivery will be delivered on the Tuesday.
