The Kern OBS 106 has the advantage of a Seidentopf head which means that when adjusting the eye pieces for different viewers, there is no loss of focus through the microscope, very useful when different students are viewing the same images. Add to this a mecahnical stage and coaxial focusing and you have a very comfortable microscope experience.

It comes with a quad head and 3 objectives, with the option to add a fourth x100 (sold separately).

High quality lenses and a height adjustable ABBE condenser for the best light concentration ability are also standard on this model.

This microscope is rechargeable.
