Enzymes Set

Eight tubes of different enzymes, one each of: Amylase, Diastase, Invertase, Lipase, Pancreatin, Pepsin, Trypsin and Urease. Each tube contains 10g of enzyme. Comes supplied with teaching notes.

Storage:

Enzymes are best stored cool (less than 10°C) and dry - in a fridge with the lid tightly closed or preferably in a desiccator in a fridge would be ideal. Stored like this they should have a shelf-life of at least 12 months and probably longer.
