Ray Box - Basic
The traditional die-cast metal box housing an incandescent (Tungsten) bulb. Side-fins on the outside of the enclosure assist in the heat dissipation. Provided with a set of vertical-grooves on inner sides for accommodating various 45mm wide accessories (e.g. slit plates, cylindrical lenses, colour filters). The 12V bulb has a vertical filament mounted in SBC bulb holder with a two core flexible connecting lead terminating in a pair of 4mm banana plugs. Supplied complete with slit plate, double ended single-triple. Requires a low voltage DC laboratory power supply to operate.
