Protozoa - Live - Euglena Gracilis

Live culture of Euglena gracilis supplied in 30ml volume, sufficient for up to 30 students.

Suitable for teaching protistology and student investigations into feeding, reproduction, motility organelles and encystment. Demonstrates flagellate motility, photoautotrophic nutrition and phototactic response via the distinct eyespot.

Euglena gracilis will be shipped directly from our supplier, Mon-Thur only.

Vol: 30ml (sufficient for 30 students).

Expiry: Use within a few days but will keep for up to 2 weeks before deteriorating too much. (Loosen the lid and keep on a light window sill at room temperature).
