Potentiometer

To be used as a potential divider in multiple experiments. It uses the principle that the resistance of a fixed diameter conductor varies with length. This potentiometer consists of an aluminium base with length of constantan wire mounted alongside a metre rule and terminated with 4mm screw posts. It is supplied with a jockey, for taking readings along the metre scale.
