Fresh frozen biological specimens, suitable for dissection purposes in biology. These specimens are frozen immediately after removal, ensuring they are still fresh when frozen. Specimens will leave us frozen but may arrive partially defrosted. This will not affect their use in dissection and they can be refrozen without any ill affects. Carefully selected and removed by skilled butchers to ensure appropriate structures remain intact.
