These economy heating mantles are ideal for distillation, evaporation, extraction and boiling of liquids in round bottom flasks. They feature electronic temperature regulation and include on-off power and heating-up lamps. The outer casing is made of furnace-painted steel and the inner vessel is thermally isolated with mineral fibre. The heating elements are composed of Nickel-Chromium (Nichrome) and the units include a clamp for retort rods.
