Kit includes: instructions, lysis buffer, NaCl solution, Protease, Tris buffer, FlashBlue solution, microcentrifuge tubes, sterile cotton tipped applicators, transfer pipettes, tubes for DNA precipitation, Gene Tubes, and string.
All You Need: ice cold ethanol or isopropanol, waterbath, and test tube rack
