Also known as the 'Spouting Cylinder'. For demonstrating the increase in pressure of a liquid with an increase in depth of the liquid column. Made from painted metal sheet, with three spouts of the same size but at different heights down one side. The lower the spout, the higher the pressure will be when the cylinder is full of water, so the greater the distance the water will spurt out.
