An economic, easy to use yet advanced digital melting point apparatus, utilising a precise thermistor control system to provide an excellent measurement range, with a display of 0.1°C resolution.
The apparatus is designed to simultaneously measure two samples. The internal LED light source, together with clear magnified lens and tilting rear feet, enables users to have a broader and clearer view of the samples being tested. The measurement range is from ambient (room temperature) to 300°C. The device has two heating speeds (fast & slow) to make measurement much quicker and more convenient, and these adjustable ramp rates and hold function make the device ideal for education use.
