Amylase working solution supplied as a prepared enzyme solution for laboratory use.

Store refrigerated at 4°C to maintain stability and a shelf life of up to 12 months. The solution may be regarded as 100% for dilution purposes, for example 1g or 1ml made up to 100ml gives a 1% solution. Optimum pH and temperature ranges, recommended working concentration, and source apply as specified.
