Breckland Scientific will be running the Breckland Supertech Event 2026, kindly hosted by the 5 Dimensions Trust at Shenley Brook End School, on Tuesday 1 July 2026.
The event brings together science technicians, educators, and professionals for a full day of practical, hands-on workshops across physics, biology, and chemistry. It is designed to support effective science teaching through practical engagement, shared experience, and networking.
The day will begin with a 9:00AM coffee and welcome. The opening speaker will be Dr Sophie Wallace, a Home Office registered Forensic Pathologist. The event will conclude at approximately 3:00 to 3:15PM, finishing with a raffle. A free lunch will be provided for all attendees.
The programme will consist of four workshop sessions running throughout the day. Each session will last approximately 55 minutes and will include four parallel workshops, covering all three science disciplines: physics, biology, and chemistry.
The event will feature ten exhibitors, most of whom will be attending with hands-on demonstration stands.
Entry to the event is free for delegates. Attendance is limited to a maximum of 80 places, so early booking is recommended.
