Mounted Component Phototransistor

A mounted, light sensitive phototransistor for use in a variety of situations. The device can be incorporated into electronic sensor circuits for control applications or used as it is for investigations into its characteristics, e.g. how the output voltage varies with light intensity. It has high sensitivity to visual wavelengths with a peak in the infra-red at about 850 nm.
