Basic Water Bath, Stirred, 12.5 litre

A good quality and easy to use 12.5 litre digital stirred water bath, which will maintain a constant temperature for long periods of time. The precise temperature controls allow temperature settings of ambient (room) temperature to 99 0C (only achievable using the lid provided), and the timing controls allow settings of up to 99 hours running time. Water stirring is provided via small inlet-outlet vents at one end of the bath, whilst the minimum and maximum water level sensors prevent the bath from running dry or being used over-full, by sounding an alarm.
Easy to use digital controls, with a clear LCD display. The stainless steel body and tank means no rusting and easy cleaning, and the design ensures the outer sides of the bath dont get dangerously hot during use. Includes a flat stainless steel lid and stainless steel base tray.

Occasional descaling of the tank is recommended for optimum performance use a household descaler or food grade vinegar (e.g. white vinegar) solution.

Please note: The lid can become very hot during use, so using a silicone heat mitt or insulating cloth is recommended when opening or removing.
