1Kbp DNA ladder, 250-10Kb

Pre-made and containing loading dye for immediate use, these ready-to-use DNA Markers are specially formulated to run accurately and produce sharp, well defined ladders. The full range of DNA ladders is available in six molecular weight ranges and each molecular weight range is composed of discrete marker fragments isolated from restriction-digested proprietary plasmids. These DNA markers will remain stable for up to 6 months at room temperature and 12 months if kept in the fridge at 4°C.

Molecular weight range 250bp-10kb.

Supplied as a concentration of 50μg in a 500μl vial. The recommended loading volume is 5μl per well.
