Should be stored in a refrigerator at 4°C. This should ensure a shelf life of up to 12 months. They should be regarded as being 100% for the purposes of dilution, e.g. 1g/1ml in 100ml water gives a 1% solution. pH = optimum range. Temp = optimum range. Working conc. = recommended dilution. Q = I'm having problems with getting Trypsin to work with milk solution.
A = For the experiment where Trypsin is used to break down casein in  milk, to turn the solution from cloudy to clear, it is best to use powdered milk solution, as fresh milk doesn't give such good results. A suitable brand to use is Morrisons' own label 'Dried Skimmed Milk' powder.
