Q = Arrived solid, is this correct?
A = Yes this can arrive in a solid state as it has a melting point of around 23 to 25C and will solidify when cooler than this. Needs to be warmed up in a water bath or warm water, bringing temperature up well above the melting point to completely liquify. To protect the bottle labels in water, place the bottle in a plastic bag first. May or may not remain liquid, depending on storage temperature.
