Amino acids for use as chromatography markers. Consisting of a mixture of three separate amino acid solutions (DL Aspartic Acid, DL Leucine & DL Lysine monohydrochloride). The amino acids are dissolved in a mixture of water and Propan-2-ol (Isopropanol).
Q = What are the amino acids dissolved in?A = These are dissolved in a mixture of water & isopropanol (Propan-2-ol). Recommended solvent for chromatography is a mixture of water with 10/20% isopropanol (Propan-2-ol) or ethanol.
Q = What solution are these made up in?A = DL Aspartic Acid (CHR-150-100) DL Aspartic Acid 1.4g Propan-2-ol 100ml Distilled water 900ml DL Leucine (CHR-150-150) DL Leucine 1.3g Propan-2-ol 100ml Distilled water 900ml DL Lysine Monohydrochloride (CHR-150-200) DL Lysine Monohydrochloride 1.8g Propan-2-ol 100ml Distilled water 900ml
