The transparent bell jar (thoracic cavity) is closed by a membrane (diaphragm) and encloses 2 balloons (lungs) - pulling down and pushing up the membrane causes the inflation and deflation of the balloons which are linked to the outside by the Y-shaped tube (bronchial tubes and trachea). Consists of: 1 x 30cm high transparent acrylic bell jar; 1 latex membrane; 1 rubber bung with hole; 2 balloons; 1-Y shaped tube. Supplied ready assembled.
