Mineral Specimens Set - Superior

A set of 15 basic and common mineral specimens, hand-picked for quality. The set is ideal for educational purposes at all levels, and the minerals included are some of the most abundant minerals on earth, which should be easy to recognise and identify. The set is housed in a carboard box, with each individual mineral in a separate compartment in an inner plastic tray. A corresponding photo identification sheet is attached to the inside of the box lid. Specimens included are: Milky Quartz, Orthoclase Feldspar, Biotite and Muscovite Mica, Apatite, Hematite, Magnetite, Rock Crystal (clear quartz), Fluorite, Calcite, Gypsum – Satin Spar, Baryte, Iron Pyrite, Chalcopyrite, Galena, Talc.
