Young's Double Slits - 0.1mm

These come mounted in a 35mm slide holder. Three slit spacings are available: 0.1, 0.5 & 1.0 mm. The slit separation is measured from slit centre to slit centre. In each case, the slit width is half the separation distance.

Q = How is the separation of the slits on the Young's slits measured and what is the width of the actual slits on the Young's Slits slides?
A = The slit separation (1.0, 0.5 or 0.1mm) is measured from slit centre to slit centre.  In each case, the slit width is half the separation distance.
 So:
 The 0.1mm separation slide has 0.05mm wide slits;
 The 0.5mm separation slide has 0.25mm wide slits;
 The 1.0mm separation slide has 0.5mm wide slits.
