Q = I'm having problems with getting Trypsin to work with milk solution.A = For the experiment where Trypsin is used to break down casein in milk, to turn the solution from cloudy to clear, it is best to use powdered milk solution, as fresh milk doesn't give such good results. A suitable brand to use is Morrisons' own label 'Dried Skimmed Milk' powder.
