A mini-Wright type of peak flow meter, which allow Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF) to be monitored. This is a measurement of how fast a patient can blow air out of their lungs. A high PEF score indicates the user is in good respiratory health. A low PEF could indicate respiratory problems, such as asthma, when the airways have become narrowed.
Supplied complete with instructions for use, a self-monitoring chart, and reusable mouthpiece.
Disposable cardboard mouthpieces are available separately.
