The updated Scout range from Ohaus is designed specifically for school use, featuring; Mechanical and electronic Overload protection, Stackable, Newton weighing units, Mole weighing and density determination.
Integrated superior overload protection system, rated at 10x balance capacity, protects the balance in demanding classroom environments. Space-saving design allows for stackable storage (excluding 1mg model).
Combined with a simplified 4 button operation, the Scout's large backlit display increases readability in dim lighting conditions, and makes it easier to view results from across a desk or lab bench. Features include 20mm height LCD display, stainless steel pan, weighing units: g, kg, N, oz, Ib, Ib:oz.
All models come supplied with a mains power adaptor and an integral weigh below hook. Models up to 620g weighing capacity also include a calibration weight (mass). The 1mg model (SKX123) includes a draught shield.
